Latest versions and sources are available on kde-apps:

Archlinux users have to install it through yaourt, gentoo users will find an ebuild on kde-apps too, while slackware folks have to grab the sources and compile them.

Sadly, i haven't time to make a windows version, but xt7-player is written using gambas, which is very similar to microsoft visual basic, if someone want to make a port, he is welcome.
