Sei sempre benvenuto in mandriva , cosi puoi controllare come pacchettizzo io ghghghghgh :lol:
( anche se lo zabaglione oltre essere nostrano lo amo da morire....sopratutto da quando e rolling...)

Cominciando con il build sulle 3.0 non ho piu il logo ... al avvio ... :(
mi dai una mano ?
$HOME/.config/gambas3/xt7-player rigenerato ...e nulla ....
anche con il git di oggi stesso discorso... Help? :(

Sorry, check the changelog_git file,
startup logo has been removed as i suspect it to be the cause of crashes with 64bit.

ok , sorry I've missed that part :(
Another piece of advice ..have you try it against mplayer2 ? Should I try it ?

It should work, but honestly i won't / don't use mplayer2 anymore.
I still prefer the original project over the fork.

I thought , that vdpau would be better used by mplayer2, ( nvidia rulez) , but I was wrong... sorry to bother ... :lol:

Yes, mplayer2 has some extra features,
when you have a 23.976fps movie and you want to display it on a 24p panel, things get complicated.
If, for whatever reason, the video decoding slow down (background processes and so on) and the player loses a frame, mplayer will need to speedup the play to mantain audio/video syncronization, but the refresh rate of the panel will not allow that, because is just 24p and plain mplayer will only decode a frame per panel refresh.
Mplayer2 allows to decode frames without showing them, so it will still be able to speedup the play.

Easy solution is to enable frameskip option in mplayer.
