[FIXED] Support for more subtitle encoding

Have a tour of xt7-player features and make
suggestions about features you would like to be added to it.

I found it to be a long standing bug in libass.

To make the subtitles look right, you have to disable ass this way:
Image, set a font that supports arabic glyphs (Arial do), and codepage to CP1256 of course.
In the future maybe libass will correct the bug, until then fallback to plain osd.

--EDIT
Because the issue is very specific to few languages, i'd suggest you to file a bug to mplayer or libass developers so that they might correct the problem.

You can still change the look a bit by using the osd options under:
[Subtitles and osd form] -> click on OSD tab

Uhm, that's strange, so you can change colors and so on?
If so, could i ask you to post the logs again? I'll take a look by monday to understand what is changed.

thanks

Ah, i did not understood that the problem was fixed in both players.
That points the issue back to some extra package you upgraded/installed, which is out of my... "competence"
