[FIXED] Support for more subtitle encoding

Please add support for encoding subtitles.
I use the following encoding of players:
Slavic/Central European Languages (ISO-8859)
Slavic/Central European Languages (CP1250)

Attached is a screenshot with a list of encodings:



Please also select the option to add subtitles in this way

- Ok, I'll add that encodings asap, probably by monday.

- About the subtitles, it is already possible to select subtitles in xt7 the same way:
from the file menu:

from the tool-icon (the sixth from the right):


By now you can add new subtitles by dragging it into the video area while a video is playing, i'll think to add another voice to the tool-icon menu to open a file requester.

Could you please reply to this about the drag'n drop issue (i think solved) and the seek problem?

More subtitle encodings added to the latest git, i'll work to the new menu voice to add subtitles tomorrow.

New menu voice added to load subtitles from disk, and corrected several bugs in subtitles id selection.

Pull latest git for them!

Does smplayer2 give you the same problem?
If not, please post the log messages from xt7-player AND smplayer so that i can compare them and understand where the problem lies.
...But i suspect this to be a bug in mplayer itself

first i try smplayer2 , gnome-mplayer , umplayer all of them show symbol not arabic letter then i removed all of them + mplayer and re-install them smplayer work fine but xt7-oplayer still not working
