[FIXED] Crash after simple set filter chain

Steps to reproduce crash:
1. Turn on any radio stream from ShoutCast
2. Call Windows->Video/Audio chains and add "Expand" to the VideoChain
3. Configure "Expand" filter (by clik on Expand). In tab "Expand" set Width and Height
4. Press "Use" button. This action made show window with following message:

This application has raised an unexpected
error and must abort.

Bad index.
VFiltersCfg.ParseFiltersGui.145

After press OK application is closed.

The same effect occures when I playing movie. After add filter "Expand" and press "Use" button application crash. After stop playing and add filter "Expand" and press Use or Save application crash.
Maybe other filters working the same.

Was able to reproduce, will try to fix by next version.
meanwhile, you can compile and use one of the "custom" filters (chains window too)
